So, what’s with the name, Covert Recruiting?
Early versions were an offshoot of late 80’s early 90’s wrestling tag team names (“The Rockers Recruiting” or “The Hart Foundation Staffing Co.” but those got nixed by the team real quick.
Heise Talent Management Solutions was taken, and well, didn’t roll off the tongue well at all.
You can also use the Googles to find a business name generator, which is kind of handy when you think about it. But we could do better than that.
A lot of it comes from the fact that we’re an outside partner to our clients and candidates, offer up very specialized skills, and often operate somewhere in the background. We’ll do the hard work behind the scenes and come back to you with some spectacular results.
It also sounded kind of cool, and our designers built us a pretty rad logo. Hope you like it!
