Companies hire recruiting firms to fill roles they don’t have the resources to do themselves, for speed, for specialized and hard to find talent, volume, or a bunch of other reasons. Interestingly enough, it’s a business where EVERYONE CAN BE A WINNER. Candidates get dream jobs, companies find A+ talent, and recruiting firms get to exist for another fine day of recruiting.
